Comfortable Workspace Guide
Congratulations on taking your work comfort to the next level. No worker should have to wait for discomfort to set in or worse, put up with it. The purpose of this guide is for you to achieve a comfortable and a healthy posture that you can recreate wherever you work.
If you experience any of the following issues, you are in the right place:

Comfortable Workspace Guide: This do-it-yourself guide consists of different modules each designed to help you adjust a specific area of your workspace. It is helpful to complete the modules in order as each adjustment sets the stage for the next. Skipping around the modules may make it hard to achieve a proper set-up. Take your time and go through this guide as often as you like.
Modules: All modules include step by step instructions, a troubleshooting guide, and a printable PDF checklist that can be used to check off adjustments as you complete them. Notice there is room on the checklist to jot down notes, equipment needs, or any “aha” moments. This printable checklist is a handy tool that can be used to help set up any workspace properly.
