Refund Policy

 

Overview 

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of the Comfortable Workspace Guide, we can’t offer you a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with the contents of the Comfortable Workspace Guide, we request that you email a receipt or proof of purchase along with your refund request to cindy@cascadeergonomics.com. We also ask that you provide a detailed reason for your request to help us learn how we can best assist you.

If you have completed the Comfortable Workspace Guide but would like additional help for making adjustments, selecting chairs and equipment, or troubleshooting discomfort or other issues, then you are welcome to upgrade to a Remote Ergonomic Assessment MINUS the cost of the Comfortable Workspace Guide.  Email cindy@cascadeergonomics.com to receive a discount coupon code.

Note that gift cards are non-refundable items.

Services

Payment for the following services are non-refundable after the services are provided:

  • Remote Ergonomic Assessments
  • Remote Chair Consultations
  • Remote Ergonomics Assessments for Kids and Teens

The above services require a significant contribution of time, effort and professional expertise from the provider.  A sincere effort will be made to ensure your successful completion and satisfaction with services provided.

Refunds 

We will also notify you through email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When refunds are processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Once the refund is processed, it typically takes 3-10 business for the card company to post the credit to your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Booking cancellation

Are you sure you want to cancel your booking?
If you proceed, a confirmation email will be sent to your account with a link to reschedule your booking. If you wish to receive a refund, instructions will be included in the cancellation email.
