Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel or change an appointment. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment by emailing cindy@cascadeergonomics.com. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours from the appointment time will be charged a $50.00 late cancellation fee.
Meeting Preparation:
We will send you instructions on how to email 3 specific photos of the workstation to us at least 24 hours prior to your assessment time. You may use a phone or device of your choice for photos. For best results we ask that photos include your child or teen working at the desk. If this is not possible then 3 photos of the workstation is acceptable. Please have your child or teen at the workstation during the videoconference with a tape measure on hand. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend the assessment.
